Overview
In addition to the two-year Instructional Leadership Fellowship, we host Instructional Leadership Bootcamps designed to provide aspiring and current instructional leaders with the technical and inspirational leadership skills that they can immediately apply in their work. Each Bootcamp is organized around a specific topic and is broken down into 1-2 days of in-person content, facilitated by experts in the field. Participants will practice newly learned skills with real-time feedback from peers and the facilitators. Bootcamp sessions are open to all teachers and instructional leaders who meet the attendance criteria.
Facilitators also model that educator development is just as data-driven as instruction by adapting each Bootcamp to the leadership development needs of the participants.
Bootcamps are offered à la carte, and space is limited. Below are the dates and the link to register. We look forward to helping you to improve instruction at your school(s) and thereby enhance student experience and outcomes!

Participation Criteria
In order to attend Bootcamps, you must meet the following criteria:
- You serve in a role responsible for teacher coaching and development, or you are a teacher who is interested in taking on an instructional leadership or coaching role within the next 1-2 years
- You are able to attend both dates of any 2-day session
- You will commit to completing pre- and post-work*
- You are eager for and responsive to real-time feedback from facilitators and peers
*While rigorous, the pre and post-work are directly connected to the responsibilities of the roles named above. It is assigned because our experience tells us and research shows that unless professional development is embedded in on-the-job applications, then it doesn’t drive change. Video submission of leaders’ onsite work is frequently used as post-work. We review these videos closely, provide detailed individual feedback and use our review of participants’ work to tailor sessions. Additionally, it is important to know that submission of post-work following each session is the requirement of entry to the subsequent session within the topic. If you cannot commit to completing both pre-work and post-work, you will not experience the results intended through participation in these sessions.
