Dean of School Culture and Intervention
The DSCI holds primary responsibility for shaping our school culture through SEL, restorative practices, and school routines and procedures. The DSCI collaborates with the Director of Teaching and Learning, teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure that all students receive the social-emotional support they need to succeed in St. Louis Voices Academy’s educational program.

Program Director (Early Childhood)
The Program Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining a quality, comprehensive and accredited educational program that ensures school readiness for all SouthSide/KIPP Wonder children. The Program Director is also responsible for maintaining program performance, licensing and regulatory standards in compliance with SouthSide’s partner agencies, state and federal requirements.

Director of New Teacher Development
Working alongside the Atlas Leadership Team, the Director of New Teacher Development will be responsible for developing recruitment, hiring, retention and promotion practices to cultivate a strong Associate Teacher to Lead Teacher pipeline. This individual will be responsible for the professional development and targeted coaching of Associate Teachers throughout the school year.

The Director of Academics will lead our school to strong academic outcomes by managing our founding academic team to uphold our high educational standards and ensure students succeed academically and socially/emotionally. The Director of Academics will work closely with the Executive Director to operationalize Friendly’s educational model.
