The Instructional Leadership Fellowship is a two-year professional development and coaching cohort designed for experienced educators demonstrating leadership potential. It provides an immersive experience in professional learning, specifically centered on achieving equitable instructional excellence.

The School Board Fellowship is a six-month cohort experience that elevates the important role of school boards, how they work, the kind of change that is possible through board governance, and strategies for how to govern effectively. School Board Fellows are educators, parents, and civic leaders who want to improve how schools educate children.

The Director of Data & Compliance will lead KIPP St. Louis’ Data team, ensuring schools have data they can easily access and trust to make informed decisions, and ensure strong adherence to all state, local, and KIPP Foundation compliance. This role is cross-functional and will collaborate closely with Strategy leaders, Operations leaders, Academic leaders, School leaders, and school-based operations leads.

The role focuses on collecting, organizing, and visualizing academic performance data that informs instructional decisions and district strategy. The specialist works to support internal data requests, contribute to routine and ad hoc reporting, and assist in maintaining the integrity of district performance data systems.

With the support of The Opportunity Trust, this founding Chief Executive Officer will have one full year of planning and build time, along with the opportunity to hire founding staff who will help bring their vision to life, launching the network and first school in the 2026–27 school year.
