The Instructional Leadership Fellowship is a two-year professional development and coaching cohort designed for experienced educators demonstrating leadership potential. It provides an immersive experience in professional learning, specifically centered on achieving equitable instructional excellence.
The School Board Fellowship is a six-month cohort experience that elevates the important role of school boards, how they work, the kind of change that is possible through board governance, and strategies for how to govern effectively. School Board Fellows are educators, parents, and civic leaders who want to improve how schools educate children.
The Gateway Teaching Fellowship provides recent graduates and career changers with hands-on experience in select schools committed to continuous improvement, supported by personalized coaching and professional development.
