Instructional Leadership Fellowship

The Instructional Leadership Fellowship (ILF) is a dynamic, two-year journey designed for experienced educators with the potential to lead transformative change.

Through immersive, high-quality professional development and targeted coaching, fellows deepen their instructional leadership skills with a relentless focus on equity and academic excellence. Fellows engage in monthly in-person sessions and independent learning, applying critical instructional concepts while building a strong peer network across St. Louis. ILF equips educators not just to lead instruction, but to shape school culture, inspire colleagues, and deliver better outcomes for all students.

The application to join ILF Cohort 5 (2026-2028) is now closed, but we are always accepting nominations for future cohorts. You can find the nomination form at the bottom of this page.

What to Expect

  • Intentional professional learning sequence that prioritizes both adaptive and technical skills
  • Cohort experience with a diverse network of educators dedicated to learning and driving impact across St. Louis
  • In-person PD sessions reinforced by independent work to apply critical instructional concepts
  • Ongoing 1:1 support to refine your practice and drive student proficiency

This has been the highest quality professional development I’ve ever had access to in my entire career.
