The Opportunity Trust

Erin Borrini joined The Opportunity Trust in May 2026 as its Communications Program Manager, where she manages the organization’s day-to-day external and internal communications.

Before joining The Opportunity Trust, Erin spent nearly two decades at v-Fluence Interactive in St. Louis. As VP, she oversaw company resources and workflows, developed strategies to improve team efficiency, and managed training and performance initiatives for a team of researchers and analysts. Earlier in her tenure there, she co-led the launch of a client-facing information portal and stakeholder wiki and led the organization’s benchmark research. Throughout, colleagues knew her for pairing careful analysis with steady optimism and delivering a hands-on approach to helping them grow.

Beyond her work at TOT, Erin is an advocate for expanding youth sports access in St. Louis City. She coaches cross country at a St. Louis charter school and serves as board president of St. Louis City League, a nonprofit dedicated to developing youth through school sports and extracurriculars.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Magna Cum Laude, from Saint Louis University.
