Tori is a bilingual, educational equity enthusiast and social scientist who advocates for justice and inclusivity of humankind in all aspects of life.

She is a St. Louis native, a proud alumna of St. Louis Public Schools, and is always “learning, unlearning, and relearning.” She has a Mathematics degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she attended Pierre Laclede’s Honors College. She has earned several post graduate certificates and received multiple honors and accolades throughout her career. Her work in education has primarily been in the high-ranking Allen ISD and Plano ISD in Texas. She most recently managed federal and state compliance for KIPP St. Louis, the largest charter school district in Missouri.

In 2020, she ran the NYC marathon and has a penchant for gardening and plants. She is one of the newest alums of FOCUS St. Louis. One of her favorite quotes is from Arthur Ashe: “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”
