Lauren Moxey serves as the Associate Partner of Operations at The Opportunity Trust. Lauren is a people-centered operations leader with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Before joining The Opportunity Trust, she served as the Director of Central Support at Pacaso, Inc., where she created and implemented a comprehensive strategy for a 24/7/365 global operation. She previously held leadership roles at Block, Inc.’s Cash App, where she built a team and fostered a culture that consistently outperformed company averages by 10-15% in key engagement and employee satisfaction metrics. Her career also includes extensive experience as a leader on the national Admissions team for Teach For America.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Lauren is deeply committed to her community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Momentum Academy. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Journalism and Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri, as well as a Master of Science in Teaching from Pace University.
