Izzy is dedicated to using data to improve access to educational and economic opportunities for all students. Her experience includes professional development, employee training, and people analytics. Izzy has previously worked at the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center, the George M. Pullman Educational Foundation, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education Admissions Office. She also served as the Curriculum Development Manager for Juntos Boston, an organization whose model for supporting unaccompanied youth to graduate high school earned a Semi-Finalist award in the 2020 Harvard President’s Innovation Challenge. Izzy holds a B.A. in Psychology and Romance Languages and Literatures from the University of Chicago as well as an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is a 2020 Strategic Data Project Fellow with the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University.
