Instructional Leader Bootcamps are a series of bootcamps in partnership with InField Leadership Consulting that focus on building skills in instructional leadership. Participants engage in rigorous, practice-based learning with real-time feedback, learn to lead effective meetings and professional development sessions designed to move the needle on teacher development quickly, and learn techniques that drive instructional improvement alongside teachers.

Facilitators model how educator development is as data-driven as instruction itself, adapting sessions to meet participant needs. Leaders select the bootcamp topics most relevant to their role and level of expertise, and must commit to the full sequence of dates for each topic.
