The “Building Belonging Workshop: Using True Colors for Personal Success to Cultivate Inclusive Communities” empowers educators with a research-based approach to enhance self-awareness and understanding of diverse personality styles. Using the True Colors framework, which categorizes personalities into four distinct color types, this workshop helps educators identify personal strengths, appreciate different perspectives, and improve communication with colleagues and students. Through hands-on activities and reflective discussions, participants gain tools to evaluate and refine their inclusive practices, ultimately fostering a more supportive, collaborative, and welcoming learning environment for everyone.
