We are thrilled to launch the nomination and application for the third cohort of our Instructional Leadership Fellowship to educators and instructional leaders within our partner schools!

This Fellowship offers you:
-A cohort learning experience with educators from across St. Louis
-A $1,000 stipend for the six-month Instructional Excellence phase
-Top-notch professional development towards instructional excellence (8 hours/month of cohort experiences and 5 hours/month of independent effort from January through June).

We aspire to create a cohort that is diverse across many dimensions. The Instructional Leadership Fellowship is open to educators from all backgrounds, though we are particularly invested in supporting the development of instructional leaders who share the racial and socioeconomic backgrounds of the students they serve.
